If it doesn't grow larger, and/or if there are no secondary symptoms (not eating well, breathing fast, scratching, etc.) there isn't really anything to treat for.

Just got an updated photo. It kind of does look like a knipIt would just have been a single nip, over in a split second, little chance of seeing it happen. Snowflakes are known to do this, but they usually bite the inquisitive puffer on the snout. Either of the two other puffers could have done this as well.
If I imagine it I think I see 2 marks that (to me) as jay had said look like a bite.Just got an updated photo. It kind of does look like a knip
