Hello. Are there recommended times of the day that the Core 7 Base Elements for the Triton method should be dosed? Thank you, Robert

Hi @Robert's Reef, it is best to spread the dosing schedule out as much as your dosing program will allow. I find 10 minute intervals between components works well
