I'm trying to get my 2-part dosing tuned, but am having a lot of trouble with my BRS 1.1ml dosing pumps. My equipment is installed in my basement and pushing through RODI tubing run in my walls up to my main level (about 30 ft horizontal and +/- 8ft vertical). The BRS pumps work, but are not consistent because the tubes seem to be draining down when the pump is off. I'm experimenting with having the dosing tubes submerged vs non-submerged in my sump to see if that will make any difference, but worst case that will siphon my tank water back into my 2 part containers.

I've found a few dosing pumps that claim can handle increased head pressure, but reviews seem mixed. One I'm looking at possibly trying is the Milwaukee dosing pump that seems reasonable on price and claims to have a higher head pressure capability. Anyone have experience with this or suggestions?

Ok, I confirmed my suspicion that if the end of the dosing tube was submerged in my sump that it would back-siphon. I don't think it is wear and tear on the tubes/rollers that is causing the problem, but I'm curious if anyone else has used these pumps in a similar setup. I did order the Milwaukee pumps to see if they will work better, but if I can figure something out in the mean time I'm open to options.

I've only used them to pull. I wasn't even aware they could be used to push but I'm not all that knowledgeable
I've used them quite a while in this configuration (for my ATO at least), with pretty good results overall. I also took a second look at my dosing pumps and thought I had the 3ml/minute pumps but I actually have the 50ml/min pump, which is the same as my ATO pump which I have no issues with (same location). I'm thinking it could possibly be a wear issue on the pumps.

I'm going to give the Milwaukee pump a go and see how they work. I'll report back in case it helps someone else.
