The only space I have available is that blue pipe right after the 90.Looks good - but i would consider putting unions in on your drain line - gate valves and elbows… well sometimes things go down the return you don’t expect too…
They technically are supposed to be angled down a little more but I have the boxes holding them up for now lol. But that’s a really good idea considering I haven’t chosen which reactors I’ll be hanging.Looks awesome. You probably know how the manifold is assigned but maybe unions between 1+ ball valve so you could rotate it down vertically?
Never, this is my first time. I’ve always had freshwater aquariums and I thought it was time to switch over.Have you plumbed a sump before this one?
Question then, when you measure to cut the pipe, you took into account the full length of the fittings to the stop inside? Most are an inch and a quarter if I remember correctly. Reason I'm asking is when you dry fit, you can't fully seat the pipe into the fittings. By the way it looks awesomeNever, this is my first time. You beat me to it LOLKeep in mind the pvc fittings will have much greater insertion into each other when you've got solvent on them. It does look good though, sch80 is the way to go.
