Ok, not sure why the pictures are upside down.... A little bit about the lights. They are based on the lumia 5.1 chip. The supplier is on Aliexpress, and they already were selling this type of light with regular multichips for warehouse applications to replace halogen or MH bulbs. They gave me. A choice of E40 base (mogul) or E27 (household) base. I went with E27. The chip is driven as a single channel and at 100% (not dimmable). I know you loose a lot of the advantages of having a 5 channel chip, but the price and ease of DIY convinced me to try it. So far so good. They are 100W each, and though it looks very violet in the pics, it looks more natural in reality. Best part... $95USD each shipped... [emoji3]

Jzaso how's the light working for ya so far
So far so good- ups did not show up until tues 9:30p -what angle lense do you have -90/120? this unit has a "secondary"60 degree lense fine for me as I have it 20" above the water in a 24" deep tank we will see- if it performs like the aquastars I have on the 90 it will be great!!

I bought 5for my 120 and my 70 reef 3 year ago 3 are still running fine. One was bad two week in the guy I bought off of send me a replacement(I am the one of the lucky ones. customer service for Chinese light is horrible . 2 mouth later 2 of them had Blue light go out because of poor heat sinks the solid state board solder points went bad.....went on ebay again bought the full spectrum dimmable one to replace my 2 they have been working fine now for a year.....only in around $700 total ..out of the five original lights I bought three are still working and doing fine. If you have the money USA led are far more superior better heat sinks better led better lenses but if you're on a budget Chinese ones are the way to go .

Exactly my point Duffs but hard to get that to the Radion and Kessil guys but I guess when they have plenty of money to throw around they don't understand why we buy cheap

Any one have PAR Readings for comparison?

12" or 24"

For clams and carpet anemones I like to see at least 200 at the sand bed.

I have no access to a par meter and the light is about 24" from the sand bed and 16" of water depth but I am sure it can do it easy
