When I was photographing non-photosynthetics this past weekend, the owner had an electric flame scallop, something I'd never seen. As a rule I don't do video, but I couldn't resist on this one. The scallop is positioned in a rather dark area, so the exposure is a little iffy, but you get the idea.

Thanks. I was lucky I could figure out how to do video on that camera without spending an hour reading the manual.

I have one and they are very cool. when I got it everyone said it would only live a couple months if I was lucky but he has now been thriving for over a year and a half:)

Those things are soo cool... I hate how much they move when angry though.
