I have the test kit but it seems i lost my manual does any one know where i find one? or can some one post the instructions?

Just verified the instructions on the card and on the pamphlet and they are both the same. The are the same also as in the link I posted.

I know there was a misprint for the ALK test but not aware of the CAL test.
