I got this fish from Dr. Reef two and half years ago (which is where we got most of our fish). I doubt any of the LFS's will know better than the experts on R2R...

Sorry for your loss. Very strange an established Emporer would die after 2-1/2 years. Did you do a FW dip after he had passed? Might reveal if Flukes were a contributing factor.
