My euphyllia have not been doing good since Dec. 2018. Hammer decided to bail and my torches and frog spawn have been receded. Everything has happened very slowly. Other corals seem to be doing great. Duncan keeps growing new heads mushroom is growing like crazy, Lobo is doing good, toadstool is amazing. Even a piece of sps is good.

How often do you test your parameters? I've had this happen, but it was when my ATO malfunctioned and dumped a bunch of kalk into the tank.

You also said it has happened slowly, so it must mean that something isn't right. The only thing I can think of is maybe parameter swing if some kind.

.5 phos is pretty high, maybe long term that has caused an issue.

I had the same issue only with frog spawn though. My torches and hammers were all doing well. I’ve had a new frog spawn for about 2 months and it seems to be doing well. Could never really figure out the cause.

I've been testing daily for over a month because of this issue. I was testing every week.

Is .5 phosphate a typo? Did you mean .05? If .5 is correct, that could be your problem right there. Time for some serious GFO.

Yes typo. I don't let phos get over .1 ever. I did remove the chemipure blue for a couple weeks just to verify it wasn't the addition to gfo that caused it to recede
