This is a positive review for a purchase I made from M@!.
I posted a WTB for some halymenia macro algae, and M@! responded. We exchanged a few PMs and had an agreement in a very straightforward manner. While waiting for the weekend to pass, I received some advice from a local reefer that this particular algae does not ship well in hot weather. I suggested that an icepack be included, and M@! was very understanding and accommodating. He even went to pick up an extra pack before shipping. The package was dropped off late in the day to keep transit time down, the packing was excellent, the frag was double bagged with plenty of water, and there wasn't even a drop leaking from the inner bag. This was a flawless experience.
Fantastic communication, too. This is often overlooked, but it's something I consider crucial. All concerns were quickly and fully answered in a friendly manner.
