Filter socks

So I have the 20 gallon nuvo fusion with filter socks and I'm using chemi pure blue nano packs in them. 2 chemi pure bags in each sock so 4 total. How long should I wait before replacing the socks and how long for the media bags. Also should I replace one at a time and alternate?

I change filter socks on my IM40 every two weeks. I have a extra filter socks and I just wash it.
