filtration for a 50g frag tank?

i plan on making a sps frag tank, and i was wondering what kind of filtration would be ideal?

Will it be hooked up to another system and/or will it have fish in it?

if its an sps frag tank I would either connect it to the main tank, or try and get the exact same everything...or atleast equal quality. connecting it would be the easiest!
