Hello and Welcome to R2R! A RODI system is a must. Years ago I use to take the water directly from the sink at 84 degrees and mix the salt in a 5 gallon bucket. I never realized that the salt should be mixed for at least an hour. I mix my salt and it is in 40 gallon barrel that mixes for at least 24 hrs.
