I feel like I’m keeping this fish to just suffer and die am I actually doing anything helpful?

yes i think bucket is just temp to get oxygen to fish ,keep alive now ,going to need qt of some sort going for treatment,and what about other fish in tank,tank is most likely contaminated :(

yes i think bucket is just temp to get oxygen to fish ,keep alive now ,going to need qt of some sort going for treatment,and what about other fish in tank,tank is most likely contaminated :(
So what do I need to do now then?

Moving it around is not helpful and I DO know youre trying all possible.
Correct this statement if wrong- You said it looks much better or not?
Are you able to grab quick cure or Ruby rally reef tonight? If not, use the Prazi which is better than nothing BUT understand it is not the proper treatment and may or may not have any effect. As the disease progresses, a thick whitish mucus covers the body which you have seen. This will usually start at the head and spread outward across the entire body. Skin lesions usually appear and it is not uncommon for signs of secondary bacterial infections to arise, such as redness and fin rot. Seems like you have not gotten to this point yet, so utilizing airstone helps a little in providing oxygen.

I think it is cleared up I see no signs of the white on the body

If there was any protection, that’s gone.
While I support a FW dip, it’s just seems like too much
Too many changes, too many handlings.
You need to set a course and follow it, regardless of outcome.
Follow advice from those experts as best you can.
