I have a pair of swallowtail angels with a flame, flame back, key hole, and coral beauty together in the same tank. Everyone gets along.

I tried and tried to accomplish just that. I think I lost three Watanabei in total, in my attempts to get on to change to male. Now I have one. Still a pretty fish with a cute face

Harem of 5 in my tank, 1 male and 4 females. These are protogynous hermaphodies so it is easy to get a harem if your tank is big enough. All you need to do is add multiple but make sure there is one or less (none) male. They spawn frequently. As far as I know, I am the only one that ever photograph the male Flame angel with nuptial coloration

What a dream to have a Flame Angel harem. They are crazy expensive over here in the UK, and mostly seemt to be orange coloured, not red.
