Flame hawk fish ich?

My flame hawk fish looks like it has a white coating on it, accompanied by what looks like rapid breathing. Any ideas what it could be? Or if it’s anything at all?

Pic a little fuzzy and Im seeing rash on its body suggesting flukes also which they are susceptible to. Other signs of flukes will be rapid breathing, fish acting lethargic or swimming near the water surface, hiding in the corner of tank or behind rocks, loss of appetite, shaking its head, flashing/darting, develop clamped fins, , or scratching against objects. They may also exhibit what looks like yawning from gill irritation develop, cloudy eyes and loss of color.

Thanks for the reply, I’m pretty new to the hobby so first time dealing with a possible sick fish. what’s the best way to address flukes?

Adding praziPro liquid (shake well) to tank at 85% of of recommended and allow it to work for 8 days, change water and apply one more application lasting 8 days and do add an air stone as Prazi lowers both oxygen and appetite

I agree, that species is prone to flukes. I don't see ich spots on it, but its skin is cloudy and the fish is a bit thin. Could be flukes.
