Flatworms

Hi everyone! I run a 30 gal HOB tank and have been for 2 years. As of recently, I got a toadstool from a friend that was moving and parting out her tank... long story short, my tank is now riddled with flatworms. Ive tried flatworm exit and clean wrasse but no luck... tips? help!

Do you know what kind of flatworms they are? That would be helpful for trying to figure out what steps can be taken next. Do you have any pictures?
