Found this guy today

Was hanging out on my doormat. I know you guys out in the desert see these things all the time, but I've never seen one at the beach. I let him go before i got too tempted to run out and start a reptile hobby;) What is this thing, a bearded dragon? Horny toad? Let me know thanks!

I know they can excrete/eject blood from their eyelids as a defense mechanism...so If he didnt do that I would begin to think he might be domesticated...

Crazy. He was mellow the whole time. Perhaps he was so stoked on the cap of water I hooked him up with that he decided against the blood spurt;)

It's only time consuming and uses thought process to set up but after that it's mostly water and prune. Although, my tropical tends to get outta control before I start pruning. Not sure how to post pics here yet or I would show off my first attempt, the tropical. When I figure it all out I'll show you them both.
