Got the dreaded "E6" error today...

Unplugged everything and plugged it back in, still erroring.

Took the pump apart and cleaned the impeller, motor housing, etc. and plugged it back in:

Total time to troubleshoot, disassemble, clean, reassemble: maybe 10 minutes and she's up and running and skimming like a champ!

E4. Insufficient power. Check the cord connections.
E6. Blocked. Needs maintenance.
E7. Out of water. Or blocked.

Not at home to take a picture of mine in the sump but, this is it, it honestly is undersized for my tank but I haven't had any issues with nutrients export so far so I'm pleased with the results

I had to adjust the controller down 1 intensity and increase the flow with the knob when that happened to me.

Hi, thank you for reaching out.
1. Did you use acidic solution for cleaning?
2. Are you using filter socks, filter sponge or filer floss and it's been a long time since they were replaced?Or did you just replace them?
The above two elements are the most likely reasons for bubble leakage.

3. Turn off the water outlet, tune the controller to 1, then wait for the bubbles to reattach to the chamber, and slowly increase the water outlet until there is no bubble leakage.
