I live in Asia and I found these sea squirts (Halocynthia roretzi) at a seafood market today. They're about $7 per lb. There're also large sponges for sale at a relatively cheap price at my LPS. I'm wondering if it's possible to store the sponges&squirts in the freezer? I've heard that these organisms goes bad real fast after dying.
