DodgerBlew/Rik offerred to help a few months back in this post. I have known Rik for many years. He has plenty of experience to share. For moderation purposes Rik has a great attitude, is very thoughtful in his postings to not offend people, and is always eager to help educate people in being more successful in this hobby. Rik's personality in both real life, and the virtual world is always even tempered.

Thanks for all the offers! We do keep an eye on this thread and have chosen people from it already. If we needed more mods we would have added many of you a long time ago!
