I'll try to do a video on the sump for YouTube after I pick it up on Friday.
XXL!!?? Pretty sweet!
Yep, it is much bigger than the standard Supra Sump
That is one impressive sump!!
Thanks!
Oh heck yes. I’m happy for you buddy it’s been a long time coming!
Long time is an understatement but worth every minute of that wait!
Nice! I'm looking forward to this build progression. So far so good.
Awesome!! Congrats greg! Excited to see your build!

Thanks guys, no one is looking forward to completing this more than me! I'm an sps guy and it's just not as satifying in a 25g tank!!!

Are you going to run Zeovit on the new system?

I think I'd need a diagram to figure out how to hook everything in that sump up! Super nice looking.
Yes, I was told that I am running Zeovit. I also came up with a new design for an automated Zeovit reactor. Hopefully that will make it into production. Even if the total run is 1!

True enough.

Setting the bar so low i might trip over it if I'm wearing rolller skates!

Here is my latest update! I got good news and bad news.

Good news: my sump is home and really looks great under the tank!!!

Bad news: although the skimmer fits, I will not be able to remove it once it’s in the sump. I totally missed calculating the distance between the top of the sump and the steel stand. I’m about 1.5” shy of the 13” needed to get the skimmer out.
