I have a 280 gallon (72L x 30H x 30D) on order. I am looking at the Aurora 60" or 72". I am not sure which to go with. Also, I would like to know what bulbs everyone likes in their T5 fixtures. The aurora does have the ability to be dimmed so bulbs must be dimmable. Also, how often does everyone change their T5 bulbs?

BRS did a great video on t5 bulbs and longevity. My ATI sunpower ( 8 bulb) is 60 inches and is over a 72 inch tank and it’s plenty of light end to end. Only problem I have encountered with dimmable fixtures is that you have to reprogram them when you change bulbs to run the new bulbs at 100% for the first 50 hrs.
