Yes, see... the ballast already has the cord to the wall right there.
Get a new cord for each ballast-fixture connection, and you're all set!

That is a "selectable" electronic metal halide ballast, not dimmable.
The dial is for you to choose the wattage of the bulbs you want to use.
The 250SL (Super Lumens) option can be used with 250W HQI double ended bulbs or single ended 250W Radium bulbs, for example.
