I bought a brand new Infiniti MH and T5 combo about 5 months ago. The thing is beautiful!! One problem: one of the 250 MH ballasts went out already and I'm struggling to get any support. I've gone directly to the giesemann lighting website (which I think is German) and the only "contact us" option is email. I've emailed 3 times now and not even a single reply has found its way back to me. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've actually been alternating the one working ballast back and forth half way through the day so that each side of my tank gets at least half a day of light. I'm getting worried and desperate. This was not a cheap lighting system. Help!!!
