Hi Glenn,

I'm getting ready to get back into the hobby!
I came across this post!
I'm interested in learning more about this setup (DSR)! It definitely sounds like the way to go!
Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I saw a member stating that he ordered your Salt and DSR starter kit! How do I go about getting that setup?
Thank you,
Vince57

How to deal with proportionally between nitrogen and phosphorus? You use NO3 supplementation?

Welcome back to the addiction
Nice you like my way of reefing...

Visit my dedicated DSRreefing.com platform for general information or ask anything you like in the DSR topic(s).

Don't ask me to much about commercial related issues, but use google to find the information you need.

Ozone in 270-350 range. Most ozone sensors are not that acurate

Glenn, I have been skimming through looking for this answer so sorry if I am asking again but what are you currently running your nitrate and phosphates at? I recently started dosing nitrates and phosphates because I was running a low nutrient system that started to affect my coral after an alk spike. I currently have phosphate at .01 and nitrates between 5-10 ppm (around 7 or 8 I would guess). Wanting to see what you run. thank you,

My EZ550 reef is getting beter and better everyday.

I place some coral from my DSR mainreef into here. The mainreef is getting to crowded and some coral are disliking that. Due to space, flow and light limitation at the bottom regions

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
