Had a Aussie golden torch for approx 5 weeks and it had been doing great. For around a week now it hasn’t opened fully. Anyone got any suggestions, I had placed it in mid part of the tank with moderate flow

Parameters:

How are you controlling you Nitrate and Phosphate? Zero for both means there is no food for your corals unless you spot feed them.

You should always have some nitrate & some phosphate, having 0 of either one or both is most likely the cause.

Increase feeding - to raise nitrates & phosphates.
Keep phosphate around 0.01-0.05 (I'd stick with 0.05 - just incase there's any error in the readings - IE the very low po4 Hannah Checkers have a 0.03 or 0.04 possible discrepancy - so I keep my po4 around 0.06)
nitrates - honestly around 5-10 ppm is fine.
