Available in air-cooled, water-cooled, and even marine duty models, there’s a Delta Star heat pump for every application. All models are rated for use with freshwater and saltwater, and will provide stable, thermostatically controlled water temperatures between 40ºF- 85ºF.

The red on those bags and obscurity of what is inside make me suspect that cat is named Dexter.... is he hiding the body of the last guy that said QT? Mike.... let us know you are ok, man.....
LOVE THIS...;Woot;Woot...HMnn guess whose build i stumbled across in the wee hours last night...;):)
Sorry, no - we have a chilled loop in our building with heat exchangers coming off of that, so no application for a standalone system. Aqua Logic makes good chillers, not sure about heat pumps.

Morning everyone. I’ve been gone for awhile. Trying to get my health a little better. I’ve had some bad depression and other health issues. I’ll try to be more active.
try petting your pets to relieve depression, but not fire worms or urchins.

That's horrible. Almost worse than having that powdered junk.
His name is Louie. I suggest you remember it.
He is a very serious cat.

Lol - It took me a second to realize that you were talking about the exercise equipment! There definitely is a connection between exercise and laundry. :)

Unfortunately I am in a do it or else situation.

Exercise and Parkinson’s

Exercise is an important part of healthy living for everyone, but for people with Parkinson’s disease (PD), exercise is medicine! Physical activity has been shown to improve many PD symptoms, from balance and mobility issues to depression, constipation and even thinking skills.
In addition, research shows that exercise may have a protective effect on the brain, slowing the degeneration of brain cells. It is also an active way of coping with PD.

Some websites say it is more important than than the drugs.

So I will do it. Ya I got all that bad stuff listed up there plus some other ones.
AInt ready to quit. I have things I want to do.

Started (and actually finished) a fun, rainy day project this morning.
We have been searching everywhere for a roof “crest” for the greenhouse. They serve 2 purposes. They keep the birds from perching on the roof and soiling the panels AND they give it a “vintage, Victorian” look.
We found a few on line. Cast metal and nice but more than we wanted to spend AND they ship from the U.K.
I made one out of plastic garden edging and angle iron from Lowe’s. Angela has not seen it yet but I’m pretty happy with the way it turned out.
Gonna run out now and snap a few pix! Stay tuned!
