Good morning everyone. I hope all are safe and well.

I put a Melanurus wrasse In the big tank. When I released it it darted behind the rocks like a rocket. It showed up out front eating the LRS normally for 30 minutes 5 days later. Then 7 days after that I saw it again. Yesterday was the 3rd time after 6 more days. It looks great.
Is this what they do?

Mine didn't give a dang. The moment he learned when it was breakfast time. He was out and about picking on everyone for first dibs. He has an attitude though.

Just hooked up another misting system. This one is in the greenhouse and on a timer. It gets so hot in there, even with the fan going and the roof open, everything cooks to death.

Truly hope that is not the case. I can't keep two tanks running and I have no desire for an empty tank in my living room. I did check local prices on Offer Up and I was asking way less than anyone else. Truly, if I can get enough to swing a little AIO for Leo to just live in my office, I'd be happy.

I feel you. It's a conundrum, you are desperate for sleep but your condition forces you to get up .... which just makes your health worse and you are more desperate for sleep. At least we all have each other for support. Sending HUGS.

i did not mean that you should run multiple tanks, just that it is common to have a plan fall through before it is successful. I'm pulling for you getting a buyer that truly deserves the tank you are offering.

Good Morning My Salt Water Family!
Up and running super early to get my “list” done today. Seems if I want to get away for only one day, I need to cram three days worth of chores into today. Lots of critters to consider. Most importantly is our one cat who is on meds every other day. We had to alter her schedule so she wouldn’t miss too many doses. It’s going to be a hot weekend here so I need to hit the local Ace Hardware and pick up a timer for the hen house fans.normally, we just switch them on in the am and off at night.
I never get away, even for one night so it’s a huge deal for me. Unfortunately, I’m one of those folks who worries about everything. You would think we were going to be gone for a month. LOL!
I may check in throughout the day but if not, I hope Y’all have a great weekend.
Maybe I’ll have some nice pictures to share of the Great Smokey Mtns.

and so it begins ... or ends? The crew arrived at 7 am to remove the glue down wood floor damaged by moisture. $1700 just for demo and haul away. They'll be done in a few hours. In another week or so, I can have my house back. We need to do an epoxy vapor barrier and then relay the floor. I have all of the doors leading to the reef side of the house sealed up right now. I can still smell sawdust. I can only imagine how bad the epoxy is going to be. I figure that I can shut down the protein skimmer, up the flow and put some fans in the room. (Then hope for the best.)
Hard to believe that these guys are not wearing masks.

Good morning. But this post scares me. If we remove our living room carpet... What will the floors look like? The floors are all wood.

Good Morning. It looks like Noah's flood outside here on Long Island. I may release my fish to swim around the house for a while, sort of a mini vacation. :)
