Green algae

Hi everyone just want it to ask how do minimize the algae grown on the glass, even with a uv I still get algae, it grown but I scrape the glass every other day. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Well its a mini eco system your trying to balance out....everyone is going to ask whats your tank like, what your bio load is like, what kinda filtration you have... before anyone could possible help.

keep it simple add more snails j/k. some more info would help what are your parameters ?

Ever thought about it that some is green algae and some are bacteria!!
I would just take the task and clean it everyday, how much trouble is that?
It's like brushing your teeth everyday and your tank needs to have the glass cleaned everyday.
It's also a indication as if you don't have any on your glass one day, than you know your nutrients in the system are low or too low.
Test for Po4 and No3 few days in a row.
