Tentacles look too stubby for a healthy BTA, but an image under white lighting would be immensely helpful.

I am inclined to say that Anemone is a lost cause long term. The Anemone appears to have lost all it's zooxanthellae, hence the white coloration. The Anemone has absorbed its tentacles as a means of nutrition secondary to the loss of zooxanthellae.
BTA are pretty resilient but unless adequate lighting and water chemistry are provided they eventually fail.

Would you suggest me ? Removing it from the tank ?

I would rather much remove it before it goes bad in my tank just hurts me to do it

If the lighting is insufficient and you can't re home the Anemone it's a difficult decision to make. The one thing the Anemone has going for it is it's still attached.
What kind of fixture are you using, brand specific?

Yes like I said , it’s moving around and opening, I’m using the hygger coral light - HG100-32W

But I’m still sad to remove it 😓

I lost one a few months ago. It shrunk over a few days or so. It also moved around before it died. You could keep yours in a plastic fish bag hanging in the tank for a couple days. Then see.

So I should fill the bag up with water and close it up leave it in my tank ?
