Green BTA

I already isolated the nem in a bag I have it floating in a tank
don't do that, you're condemning it to death. put it back in the tank. It can't get any flow in the bag, which means it will suffocate with no oxygen and buildup of its own waste.
Ph right under 8
KH 8
Salinity spot on
Temperature my tank says 80dg but my heater is at 73-75
And for flow I turned it off because the hygger one I have is to big for my bio cube
what do you mean "my tank says 80dg"? what is telling you that?
you need flow, or the nem, and any other corals or sessile invertibrates you have will soon be dead.

since it isn't attached to anything currently, I'd try to place it on your rockwork, somewhere lower and ideally with some deep-ish holes for it to dig into, so it's not getting too much intense light while recovering, to encourage it to find a foothold.

cool, you should be good. I bet you can just remove that oversized powerhead and just turn up the power of the return pump. you can consider adding a random flow nozzle to the return outlet to make better use of the flow from the return pump, too, something like this: https://amzn.to/3EX8VzZ

it also looks like your heater is not fully submerged, that can be dangerous/cause heater failure. You could also consider moving your protein skimmer into the filter chamber to save room in the display.

Just added a new one

Yes I wanted to remove it because I figured it was way to big for the tank and my protein skimmer Dosent fit in the back sadly
