Just got into sps recently. I am tending to like the stylos a lot..I picked up this piece yesterday. I noticed that the underside (what was the underside at lfs) has white polyps. The polyps are extended, and look healthy, besides the color of course. Now that the underside is getting hit with light, will the color come back eventually? I am guessing they turned white from lack of light at the store..this is from a very large colony and was freshly cut (I know probably not ideal).

It should get its color back, as you observed from being shaded.
