H2Pro Cyclone Power Head settings Help

I have a Nuvo Lagoon 80 Pro, i bought the H2pro cyclone power head and im having a hard time figuring it out. I have a anemones, zoas, mushrooms, 2 firefish, 2 clowns, 3 chromis, 2 other fish and your cleaning crew. Can someone suggest a setting please.
