H380 height?

What is the recommended height of the H380 from water surface? I have a limited available area in my refugium. I'm concerned with burning the macro if it's too close. What is the minimum?

I'd like to know too, I got the H80 from kessil coming and I would be curious too if you don't mind me asking within your post. Maybe we both can get answers

I'm not sure what the recommendation is from Kessil, but I run mine 11" over the refugium. The depth in the refugium is 11". The chaetomorpha grows like crazy in my sump.
