Need some advice, noticed one of the mouths might not be too happy? Should I move it further down?

Looks happy to me. I would leave it there
 
Euphyllia can get a little irritated with constant changes so if I’d say give him a chance to really get used to the spot he’s in. If he still isn’t looking completely happy after a week or so then try something new and wait again.
 
It’s been there for since Sunday. So might check on location again this weekend. Here is a close up of what I’m referring to.
