Hi everyone! Wanted to see if anyone knew what's going on with my hammer. It's mouth has a bubble or is swollen and tentacles also have retracted. Thanks in advance.

Just a thought... Indigestion? Seriously, it may just have taken in something that it's can't digest and will soon puck it out. Much like anemones do regularly.
