Hammers coming off skeleton

My hammers are still full and fluffy but I have had one come off its skeleton and another one starting to do so... any ideas how to stop this? #reefsquad

Move them to low flow

You'll have to provide some more information such as your water parameters(please don't say good/perfect, actually list them out and the numbers please), age of tank, the amount of flow that it's receiving, how long it has been in the tank. which other corals are surrounding the hammer, they could possible stinging it when you haven't been looking.

I've never had any luck saving them when this happens. Low flow and low light is a good start. GL
