Has anyone used a lab grade pipette instead of the included syringes? I have yet to open the package on my checker but am thinking I will use my adjustable pipette.

Reagent A is 106ml. If using 5ml that would result in only 21 tests. So if this is the case, will there be enough reagent to complete 25 test?
Yes I tried adding 1ml was way to low. as you can see in my numbers. Has Hanna said anything other then adding an extra 1ml that didnt help ?We are adding an extra 1ml of reagent A to see if that helps the test. Tips or no tips we still draw to the bottom of the plunger. With the tip there's just a little air pocket but it should still be 5ml. The fluid that should be in the air pocket is in the tip. No tip = no air pocket.
I have not seen any public statements from Hannah regarding this checker.Yes I tried adding 1ml was way to low. as you can see in my numbers. Has Hanna said anything other then adding an extra 1ml that didnt help ?
Contacted tech support. They said they will be putting something on there website tomorrow, so people can fill in there problems and then they need to look in to resolution, they don't know how soon. I asked Hanna to send me my checker back since it checked out “ok”. He sent me this back:Anybody hear any new updates? I filled out survey. This is kind of stupid way of doing it, they should’ve fixed this issue before selling it. I don’t want to pay for their product and be a test subject. They should issue a full refund.
I have tried that several times and that doesn’t help at all. It just makes the test result 100-200 ppm low instead of highDo me a favor and redo a test. When Reagent A draws air, you get less of Reagent A in the test pushing the numbers high. Try running a test using the tip but using 5 ml of Reagent A. This will allow for error when drawing up Reagent A. Please let me know how this works for you. I think they created the instructions of 4 ml of A based on lab grade equipment, not regular guys doing the test at home, with plastic tips that suck in air and with all the errors we create. Try 5 ml of Reagent A and let me know how it goes for you.
