Hard red critter?

Found this on a rock now its on a torch coral of mine. very hard to the touch, redish pink in color, very hard to take off rock and torch. couldn't find anything on it online anyone have an idea?

Your awesome thank you. I was worried. is there anyway to get rid of them though?

Another common newer tank phenomena. The structures are so hard that it's difficult to manually remove them. I have never experienced Foraminiferans to become invasive, they typically die back as a tank ages.
