Depends on the tank I suppose?
They do grow provided you have enough starfish and what not. I would presume one would lure it there when done.

Pretty easy actually.
They only eat one thing in specific, tube feet of anemones/urchins. Once they clear your tank of starfish, or if you have one that needs to be fed. Just throw a star fish in the tank, and they will scamper right over to it, flip it over, immobilize it, and eat it's feet. Great time to net them out.

Rumors that they do. I presume one that is hungry enough will find out quickly.

Never had any of mine go for serpents.
They can't really hold them down easily with the way their legs work, it's too much energy for them when they have big heavier stars to pin down. Serpents don't have tubefeet either. Never seen interest towards them and I can't see it working out for them in an attempt either.
Urchins are rumored possible too, never had mine go for them but who knows if they were starved they might've tried it.
Catching them is easy, they don't really flee if you see them out either via star, at night, etc you can scoop with your hand gently. If they're in an alcove you can usually get them to walk out with your finger rather than dart in like most shrimp.
