Hello! I'm new to the hobby. Just purchased 2 redsea reefled 90 on a deal I couldn't pass on. I'm using a 40 gallon breeder and I was wondering what the safest set up for one or 2 would be.
Also I am running 3 wave makers and I was wondering if the positioning could be better.

Welcome, glad you are here! Make sure you have a wave maker pointing towards the top creating surface agitation to increase gas exchange.
I would say the same thing. From the last picture it seems to have decent surface agitation. I personally think they all look to be around the same level in the tank. I think having at least one higher would be better if return pump goes out having a power head breaking the surface will greatly reduce the chances of oxygen deprivation. Also maybe bringing one down to get more flow over the sand, but not so low that it moves the sand around a lot.

Eduardocano welcome to the reef. I discovered this forum as it seemed to always come up when I googled a question. Finally joined, then chose to become a supporting member and later a partner member to keep the forum available for others to come. My wife @Ocean_Queenie and I started culturing copepods and phytoplankton eventually selling some on here as a hobbyist. Eventually we decided to try to make a career out of it so we are now sponsors as well. I love the Reef2Reef community here and the wealth of knowledge. Thanks for joining us.
