Just spotted this in my tank ( im new to saltwater with a 50 litre tank) is it aipitasia? Is it dangerous? Whats the best way to get rid of it? Whats a cheap way to get rid of it? It came in on a purple pin cusion urchin from my LFS. Currently only have bicolor blenny, cardinal fish, 2 hermit crabs, mushroom corals, zoas, GSP and lots lf macro algea

Peppermint shrimp - was told about 50-75% chance they will eat it. Just put 4 in mine hoping they will do the job.

File fish - not guaranteed either

Nudibranch Berghia - this is their sole diet. Check predator list first. They will all die when the aptasia is gone and they are pretty expensive. Go by size of tank for how many to get. Takes a bit but they will multiply.

Numerous chemical options- Aptasia X, Joe's juice, kalkeasser, etc. follow the directions, especially about turning off circulation. Don't get it on your corals.

Squirt with syringe into the mouth - lemon juice, hydrogen peroxide and some have said straight RO water. Be aware of the good guys in aquarium.

Btw to the right on top is a feather duster. I’m referring to the centered aptasia.
