I’m trying to get a good picture, but It has little tentacles is all black and I believe is attached to the rock.

Doesn’t look like an aptasia? Willing to bet that’s what it is. If so lemon juice in a syringe. I prefer kalk paste though

To me it doesn’t we have had an aptasia outbreak that has been controlled, I think I’ll just remove it.

There’s also mojanos aptasia as well. But aptasia are relentless.

Can you brighten your lights a bit and then take some pics? Or perhaps turn up the white settings more? It'll reduce the dark blue effect of the camera pics.
