This could look like the skeleton of a dead LPS.

Looks to be a euphyllia skeleton of some sort if that is what specifically you have the arrow pointing to. There does seem to have a bit of tissue remaining but it looks far too gone for a euphyllia to ever survive.

Agreed, skeleton of an LPS. Possibly a trachyphyllia, lobophyllia, euphyllia, etc.
