I was cleaning out the inside of my tank and my rabbit fish came up and stung me. Is it bad? What will happen?

Like a bee sting some are more prone to have a reaction than others. They say to run the affected area under hot water (as hot as you can handle) it effects the venom. If you have any further reactions besides the initial pain I would see a doctor.

Just a quick note: I am not a doctor

You will be fine where I'm from we used to go fishing for them and I would always get poked hurt like hell but that's about it
