Help with choosing substrate

Im going to be having a marbled catshark in a 220, and i need help choosing a substrate. I dont want something that is basically dust and obviously not anything to coarse. I was looking at caribsea fiji pink arag alive sand. Also how much sand in this tank? I was thinking about 300 pounds.

That sand is good but rule of thumb is 1 pound of sand per gallon, so you can add 220 to save money
