Hello all got up this morning. And the first thing I do in the morning is look at the tank as it right next to me bed. Nd the skeleton of my hammer coral. Looks like it's got hools in it and rotting away. The coral it's self looks healthy as ever. When I bought it I was told it was branching. But its only ever had one head...... Iv had it around 7 months any advise would be grate. Iv added some pics

Looks ok to me the part where the flesh and skeleton meet seems very thin tho. 7 months should see some fattening or calcification imo. Do you feed this guy and do you have other corals that are calcifying?

Iv got a frogspawn. That's quite big and has split into another head. And I got some hammer frags. 4 weeks ago and thay are sprouting heads so. I presume so.... But when i got this it was about the size of a pound coin. It was really small. But now it's quite big. About size of a fist. Nope never feed anything
