Help with ID

So this may be too small to ID but I have had it for a year and it’s had little to no growth where other acros and SPS have done amazingly well.

The person I bought it from forever ago said it was some WWC coral.

looks like an acropora coral. Are you making sure that it is getting enough light, flow, nutrients etc. ?
 
Since it isn't completely developed enough I can't say for sure but I will throw out some guesses.
