Help with Kessil A360x light settings

I have been having my kessil a360x lights for about 4 months now and haven't really seen any difference in my corals. I have mostly softies like green sinularia, purple pulsing Xenia, gsp, toadstool, Kenya trees and mushrooms. I have the lights on a schedule from 11 a.m to 10 p.m. This is currently what I'm running but don't know what colors I need. Do I use the red, violet and greens? Do I need more blue and more intensity? Any suggestions or lighting schedules will help.

You definitely need the violet channel. Red and green are entirely optional (you may get a bit more fluorescence with a bit of these). A PAR meter is really the only way to tell if you're getting enough spectrum in the areas you want.

What size tank? I run mine at 100 Intensity, 68 Color, 100 Violet, 0 Red, 0 Green

I'm running two 360x's over my 25g at 40% intensity during peak hours, so you are under lighting your animals by a lot. I also would use their quick set programs and just alter the settings for each. Make the program super simple, ramp up a couple hours, hold peak for at least 6-8hrs, then ramp down. Match the violet channel to your peak intensity, but I would add it slowly since you haven't been using it. Red and green can be mixed in to your preference. I wouldn't go above 20% on either, but I think 5-10% is more than enough to highlight some colors in fish and corals.

I am going to slowly add violet and increase it by about 5% every other day till I get to about 50 or 60%. Would that be good?

I have one on my 14 gallon. It’s 6 inches off the water and I run about 45%. I have no troubles growing stylos and montis. The beauty with Kessil is you can pretty much run the color wherever you feel it looks best to you, more blue or white it dosent really matter. The intensity is the most important setting. Also as stated above kick up your violet to get more colors to pop. My violet ramps up to100% at peak then ramps back down. I keep it at 1% also as a moon light for a few hours after lights off.

Maybe every 3 or 4 days to be safe while monitoring the corals. Slower is always better when changing lighting. You can’t cause any problems by going slow, but you can by going too fast.
